Breaking Boundaries

As a queer, black female in a predominantly male-dominated industry, I am proud to stand out as a leader in home inspections and to pass my knowledge on to less experienced business owners. I have worked hard to achieve my dream and I want to inspire others to fight for theirs as well.
I had the honor of being the Keynote Speaker at Inspection Fuel 2024, where I shared the story behind building GreenWorks and the values that shaped our journey. Highlighting the power of team leadership, I invited several of my own leaders to join me in speaking onstage.

I have been recognized in several publications, including 40 Under 40, Marquis Who’s Who, Dallas Business Journal’s People on the Move, and the cover of WorkingRE Home Inspector Magazine in May 2025 

I have been a presenter for professional groups and businesses, discussing how I’ve built a culture of entrepreneurship, how I added engineers to my team, how important it is to know your worth as a home inspector, and how to scale your business. I enjoy sharing my journey and I am willing to create curated content for presentations on request. 

In 2025 and beyond, I’m deeply committed to giving back to the community, both personally and through my company. We have helped to raise money for medical procedures for GreenWorks friends and family. We’ve proudly sponsored local schools and sports teams and are forging partnerships with charitable organizations to broaden our impact and serve where it’s needed most. 

About My Company: GreenWorks

GreenWorks is the biggest inspection company in and around Texas, focusing on property inspections, structural engineering, environmental testing, and concierge services for both residential and commercial clients.

We have grown into a team of more than 140 inspectors, engineers, consultants, and administrative staff, performing more than 1500 inspections monthly in Texas, and expanding into Colorado, Georgia, and Florida. We hold a strong online reputation, as evidenced by 3000+ 5-star Google reviews.

GreenWorks has been my passion project and I’m so happy to see it grow and bloom into a nationally recognized company.

Dallas Fort Worth Airport

GreenWorks was selectively contracted to conduct a comprehensive re-inspection of the Dallas Forth Worth Airport (DFW). Spanning over 10,000 square-feet and serving more than 87 million passengers annually, GreenWorks work scope of work included a thorough assessment of structural, engineering, and mechanical systems.

This successfully completed project reflects GreenWorks’ trusted reputation for precision and reliability in large-scale commercial inspections.
